We provide non-clinical peer support through our dedicated Compass Warmline . Connecting individuals with the resources they need during their journey. Our mission is to leap over barriers, build community networks that drive empowered individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
We specialize in peer-led emotional support, comprehensive resource routing, and crisis escalation frameworks designed specifically for justice-involved individuals, reentering citizens, young adults, and their families. Our team understands the unique challenges of reentry and provides compassionate, judgment-free support grounded in lived experience. Through strong resource routing and community partnerships, we help individuals access housing, employment, mental health services, and other critical support systems needed for successful reintegration.

24/7 crisis support and escalation frameworks designed to provide immediate assistance during moments of crisis. Our trained specialists assess situations and connect individuals with appropriate emergency services, mental health crisis teams, and other urgent support resources.
